This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Newby’s Pest • Lawn • Weeds. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or Instagram, if applicable.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is open to legal residents of [eligible locations, e.g., the United States] who are [minimum age, e.g., 18] years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Newby’s Pest • Lawn • Weeds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on 2/14/2025 6:00 AM MST and ends on 6/30/2025 at 11:59 PM MST (“Entry Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants can enter by [method of entry, e.g., submitting their phone number via the online form at www.newbyspest.com/giveaway during the Entry Period. Limit 3 enties per person. Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
5. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
By entering, participants agree to receive SMS messages from Newby’s Pest • Lawn • Weeds, including notifications regarding the giveaway outcome and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Participants may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected randomly on the final day of June 2025. Winners will be notified via SMS text message within 10 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, another winner may be selected.
7. GRAND PRIZE
Grand Prize: Cruise for two porting out of California (estimated value $1,200)
The winning participant may choose to substitute the Grand Prize for the value of the prize in cash ($1,200). The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Newby’s Pest • Lawn • Weeds, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time. Participants release Newby’s Pest • Lawn • Weeds from any liability arising from participation.
