Kinds of Treatments
We offer two kinds of termite pre-treatments that are required by the 99-B form. The current stage of construction will determine which treatment is possible. Both treatments are equal in effectiveness, the only difference is difficulty and thus the cost of the treatment.
Pre-Construction
The cheapest option is our pre-construction treatment, but it requires some planning as the chemical must be applied right before the slab is poured. That said, the treatment is faster and more cost-effective. This is the best option if you can manage to plan for it.
Post-Construction
If you are past the slab-pouring stage or the home construction is completed the only option available is a post-construction treatment. In this case we must create a chemical barrier all the way around the perimeter of the home. This treatment will always more expensive than a pre-construction treatment.
